hey guys, anyone know anyway around the rules on Ebay for not selling Adult Dvd's.. I put a movie up there just for shits and giggles because I am having trouble picking up a distributor because we only have 1 release so far. I sold a bunch real fast, then Ebay shut it down....

where are you located? I have a quite a few contacts with dvd/video online stores.

Ebay is just a nightmare for adult, in the UK we have pornauction.co.uk I dont now how the sites going now as I dont really use auctions.

My employer www.nochex.com has a large user base who are selling products on auctions, we also have a list on our site of auctions - most of them allow adult sales I beleive.

that's correct. i've never sold/bought anything myself, but I know the last "great" money-maker was actually used panties. you'd see women wearing the panties in question - which you could "supposedly" buy. I wonder how many husbands were secretly wearing panties to work, just to get them nice n dirty, YIKES. things people will buy...

selling panties was also big business offline in japan. school girls (I'm assuming legal age) would stop off at a local shop, dropping off their panties worn the previous day. these panties would then be "freshly" packaged into nearbing VENDING machines for the benefit of sicko businessmen who liked to smell teen pussy. whatever floats your boat, i guess!

Gotta love the Japanese vending machines - they're everywhere - even in side streets - selling everything and anything - found one in a hostel in Kyoto selling beer - in litre cans - got ratted that night :D

Unless they've changed the rules when I wasn't looking, as long as you list them in the correct category, you can list any legal adult item. You have to list them in the "Mature Audiences" category though, which is behind password protection. You have to enter your eBay un/pw to view the auctions.

When browsing the categories (http://pages.ebay.com/buy/index.html) the path is:

Everything Else > Mature Audiences

The full path for listing items is:

Home > All Categories > Everything Else > Mature Audiences

Then there are subcategories like "DVDs".

the problem is the regular surfer does not now about the mature section, and when they do a search from the general section the mature section does not come up
