First I have to ask why the galleries do not match the rest of the site?

As far as why you go declined.

Your free site MUST be constructed to represent a natural flow.
Acceptable:

Unacceptable:

Hi Cleo, this freesite has been declined for the same reason, but i think the build is good?

What happened to the good old days when everyone put a site's content folder in the same folder as the rest of the site? This is not a new rule at my link list.

IMO It is bad for SE ranking and I end up with a ton of doorways all submitted to me linking to the same pics.

It's not like my own sites aren't built this way.

you know my html files are in good structure, but content i have in one place on my server, you know less GB and bandwitch

so you will not list site with content in different directory?
