Dummy 404 question

I have an older mac and OS9.2.2 installed.. when I am cxhecking my stats, the only 404 error I get is this:

Required but not found URLs (HTTP code 404)
URL (1) Error Hits Referers
/scripts/..%c0%2f../winnt/system32/cmd.exe?/c+dir

Can anyone enlighten me please what the heck it is?

That is usually a hit from a virus/trojan/worm that is seeking open ports and files in "standard" places on a server/machine - eg: CodeRed Worm
