looks like to start with the "big LL Submit List"...

looks like to start with the "big LL Submit List" then after a few months slowly start to cut down on the submissions, and submit to the ones sending you some decent traffic, its a good way doing...

I know this has been talked about before here, but I really dont know what school to use.

Right now i´ve started submitting to about 120-150 ll, 12 recips on each page giving me about 12 duplicate...
