We have tried from 3 different physical locations...

We have tried from 3 different physical locations at all different times of the day, including after 12:00 midnight pacific. Is there anyway you will accept an email submission ?

Our internal and external IP's are the same, we...

Our internal and external IP's are the same, we do however have firewall security, so maybe the submit form is trying to go through an unauthorized port it should not be ???
