Thanks guys, is there any trick to it such as not showing much penetration/action in the clips to tempt them to sign up or is that more likely to just make them move on to a different gallery?

what do you guys see more success with picture galleries or movie clips / tube clip galleries?

I always think that if they get a few short clips to download then they'll be happy with the action...
