Well...it was brought to my attention by several peeps I know who saw this happening too (just as I found last month as well) when we were talking about rankings and crappy sites showing up in top SE...

I personally don't have too much issue with...
I personally don't have too much issue with widths of sites, unless its totally rediculous. But the one thing that does take notice are the sites that have some things that they plugin to their page...
