I have a question here... why not have paid...
I have a question here... why not have paid submitter accounts, one domain only, all info must verify. That way if they do sell it and get banned, then its going to cut into their profit somewhat!

To some it may appear to be deceptive that two different submitter names are coming from the same IP. On some peoples systems, it may just block the second submission because it is from the same IP....
