Hotmail getting better at filtering spam?
I have noticed in the last couple of weeks that my spam count at hotmail is WAY WAY WAY down... less than 50 pieces a week, down from 300-400 a week.

Schilli, 38 million just sounds like a spam list... that would be ALOT of opt ins... Figure it this way, most opt in mails are lucky to get 50% confirm rates... so you are looking at needing 76...

Google does still have some issues with longer...
Google does still have some issues with longer URLs with alot of stuff after the ?... but I can tell you, dynamically generated pages are good food for google, but remember to keep the content on...
