I have VoIP now and it's great. If your ISP goes down though, you won't have phone useage, so I keep a cell handy.
I am going to check into this since the prices are more competitive than my ISPs...

Sorry that doesn't really answer the question, unless I am completely confused. It says that US IDs are acceptable, but doesn't address what is acceptable for models and producers outside the US.

I agree with GG. Some sponsors might object to using their content in that manner also, something to consider as well as some TGPs might not accept a gallery with extra sponsor links.
