The one thing I see is that the reciprocal table is aligned left as well as the area between the header and footer on the main page. Might want to check it Firefox....

Build a new site for each submit. Most Link Lists keep their links permanent/archived.
Galleries for TGP/MGP submits can usually be recycled every 30 days as long as its a new URL.

As far as being approved..most Link List owners don't accept HFS's from submitter, but rather use them to fill categories with their "own" links.

Basic structure always works: Index => Main => 2...
