I would not go this route. Just create sub folders for each freesite. Use your root for a hub and then you can always change that later on.

Some take 1 per 24 hours, some take 2, some take 5, and some are unlimited. My list will allow 5 submits per webmaster, but I prefer it to be in different niches, at least some of them. ;)
