Its a good starting point. I'm just saying to weed out the inactive ones as you go. In other words if you cant get listed on a site for whatever reason then stop putting the recips on future sites.

I pretty much know what ll's are active and which ones are not. Plus I sometimes check up on the ones I am not sure of. So when I see someone keeps submitting to me with recips to inactive sites...

You should really try the linklist yourself and make up your own. You will find that there are a few on there that no longer even list sites. I personaly don't list sites that use those. |sad|
