nope, I use M3server, they have hosting facilities in two different parts of the country, so even if one has issues they can route thru the other and keep things from getting quite so dire...

yea, i use to add the blink tag to any text that i used a marquee tag on, for those browsers that marquee doesn't work on...but that is so few now i just leave the code off...
