I don't see any problem in it as long as you still conform to their standard rules of how many banners are allowable on Free Gallery sites (among others). To me, a banner is a banner regardless...

I can't think of any specific ones that...
I can't think of any specific ones that specialize in it, but I would do a "hentai link directory" search in the engines. Otherwise, I would keep submitting to the regular link lists and directories...
