I use DW and haven't had that problem (I think LOL) but I use the code view to do everything then preview it in design so I think that's why.

yep, that's about right - I use custom text & usually put 16-18. I rarely use 20, I just think it's too much, but some LLs don't mind. (although some will reject you for too many recips).
