Kind of a sleepless night. For some unknown reason, my stomach was kind of sickly. I spent a lot of time on the toilet. I think I may have said too much. :)

I know I have skipped a few days being in Buffalo. But, tomorrow I will post a fresh picture. I fully expect to have gained at least 5 pounds over the weekend. We ate constantly. :)

Hell, I lost about 45-50 pounds in the last 4 months. But over the last 3 weeks, I gained back 20. I suspect eating a meal or two/week is not the best way to lose...
