If I was to submit a gallery that followed the rules and had one banner link to a sponsor and another banner link to my linklist (which doesn't accept galleries) would that be a problem? The content...

I really don't care if the title submitted is over 3 words, if it's too long I'll edit it. I also don't care if you don't submit the same title as the title on the page, as long as it accurately says...

I'd modify 2, to exclude pop-ups on sponsor...
I'd modify 2, to exclude pop-ups on sponsor links, or at least modify it a bit, a lot of good sponsors have delay or exit pop-ups
I'd drop 6, or modify it to say, a minimun of 2 galleries, dump 9,...
