The Tram also connects the Excalibur and it's even more reasonable than the Luxor or Mandalay bay. BUT the actual expo is quite a long way from where the trams drops off at MB so be prepared to "hoof' it.
There is no monorail service however up the strip and lots of hotels, like MGM, Bally's, Imperial Palace, Sahara etc still have it listed on their website as transportation. They opened the Monorail and a wheel fell off, the doors opened in route with a full car and someone fell out.. etc etc.. so they shut it again. ONLY Then did the local news orgs. start talking about how the company that built it wasn't the lowest bid and that the planning commission had been warned that there were problems with other cities using the same company.
