Would high quality screen caps be ok?

I wouldn't be trying to mislead anyone, but if you can't tell that it's a screen cap... I don't see the harm.

I just wonder because I recently bought a few thousand dollars worth of DVD licenses hoping to use them for taking screen caps and promoting with free sites / avs sites. But it seems everyone is getting anti-screen cap these days.
