Sounds like you're putting everyone on the doll. You are going to divy out equal shares of the earnings pool to all traffic trading members? That's what mutual based insurance companies do if they make a profit. They send a small portion to all of those they insure.
Something like what you are proposing really needs a much more indepth explanation than what you've stated thus far.
