Yeah, i think they do... but remember the quality of your screen cap depends on your source. I do mine directly from DVD's.

If you're using an mpeg or avi at lower resolution you wont be able to achieve the same results. Some of my screen caps look exactly like photos, that one i posted isn't even one of the best. It's all about finding the right frame and putting some effort into it instead of using programs that take them automatically.
