If I were you I'd cut out that text about members online, paid mmbers, etc. When you are small or starting out don't advertise your smallness.
I always figure the first place to start, whenever you are trying to rescue or rebuild a business project, is to carefully analyse what has worked so far, and then concentrate on the things you know have produced cash-in.
Other than that, your post has too much info to know where to suggest you start.
