Im in the same range - 150-300 a day and at least 50% get declined mostly for just not looking at the rules or using autosubmitters - with a close third being sponsor content.
This is just for the sites we actually look at.
Remember also that some declines are script automated so the count submitted is really higher - this is just the sites that make it through the automatic declines - I have a feeling that the number is probably up around 300-500 a day that initially come in.
