Fastest (and by far the cheapest!) way to get them is a short post on gfy - usually gets answered within 5-10 minutes. But then Mike tends to reply to my free gmx.net email

I live in Sweden, and if it's something urgent, phone is the only solution for me.
5-8 cents/min isn't that much for getting to talk to someone directly (24/7 support) that will tell you they are on the problem right away
