As a possible work around...

How about re-directing to an FPA stating that you no longer offer that particular site, but have this awesome site instead? The surfer is not mis-led...and you provide a filter link to your hub at the bottom of the ad.

Swedguy...your point is very well taken. And I know this doesn't apply in Rick69's case...but what about when a specific sponsor site just stops producing? Or, a new site you're promoting just doesn't sell? How about re-directing to another site in the same niche...within the same sponsor's portfolio? That should negate any DMCA problems...shouldn't it?

For some of us with thousands of pages out there...it would be virtually impossible to go back and change the entire ads

There's got to be some latitude here as sponsors do go belly up from time to time.
