I never disputed that fact. I stated it many times. I even said if I was in the same situation, that I would probably do the same thing.
My point is, it sucks that the innocent webmaster has to suffer for it. Surely you can see that. I'm not asking you to change any rules or anything. I'm just saying it blows and I wish it weren't the case. < /the end>
