Hi there,
I hope i'm not being a pain but i have been submitting for about two years and for the last 6 months i have been busy with my new baby and have fallen behind, i tried to open a submitter account but when i try it gives me the following message "Database Error - Registration Not Accepted" could youtell me if it's just me or if it's an error on your system.
