I usually do the reviews on the weekdays, and we have another reviewer who does them on the weekends. We almost never have more than a one-day backlog. If you don't get an acceptance email for a site you submitted on the weekend, you can try submitting it again during the week so I'll see it. I'm easier than the weekend reviewer, and I usually send out rejection emails to let you know why a site was rejected.
