Oh, I see, someone you know (as in an aquantance or friend) has stolen from you? I understand how you must feel. I wasn't making light of the situation. Truth is, it's happened to me so many times, I treat it now as part of life and business. But this doesn't make it any less painful when it happens. I think when you trust someone, and they take from you, it's more like rape than theft.
My family has been to court several times over theft in the past. One thing we did was invent the home choose concept of choosing carpets in europe. The slogun we used was copied by a rival and we won in court.
More recently, a man I thought of as a mentor and friend, promised to turn my hobby of writing screenplays into a reality. To cut a long story short, he stole my concept, my idea, re-wrote my screenplay, and shot the movie without giving me a cent.
