haha, poor guy is probably just frustrated and doesnt speak very good english...
Sometimes if i've been submitting to a link list for a month or so, and I check back and they don't have any of my sites listed I'll leave a message letting them know that it will be my last submission until they email me and let me know what the problem is.
There are alot little link lists out there that just scam recip traffic by adding their LL's to databases then never list the sites that are submitted. It's unfortunate that a few scammers fuck up the trust relationship for everyone.
