IrfanView ?
I have had IrfanView for years. I have only used it a couple of times to resize images though.
Now I find out it has a thumbnail feature after all the hassles I've gone through. Sigh.
I feel like such a moron!
No. I feel like a dumbass. I just downloaded XnView and was about to install it. Haha.
