..and I would agree with Bill on the second one...
"mirroring" a linklist... I would not do... Again the certainty of a "penalty" is not written in stone.. but I would not risk it.
Plateman.. changing everything but the desciptions and titles might give you some protection.. but IMO it would still be a risk..
