Varion, I agree - Tootie hasn't updated her portfolio - but I have seen a lot of her work that isn't published on the site - she works very well - you can always ask for samples of her recent work. The fact that she works very fast makes me personally depend on her designs when I'm fed up with my galleries & free sites
