The way I understand milf is a woman you find attractive that is old enough to be your mom.
The niche targets a male that is high school or college age that would find a friends mom hot.
So at 18+ you would be looking at women in their mid to late thirties and possibly even early 40's.
The way I understand it having a baby is not enough to make a woman a MILF.
