Sorry for the bad fucking language but I'm feeling a bit fucking peeved (fucking sorry).

I've just recently started a collectables business which involves me in buying Beswick animal figures on ebay and quite frankly I'm appalled at the fucking honesty of the sellers (sorry).

Out of 8 purchases I've had three unsatisfactory items and have sent them all back. So far I've had two refunds.

So that leaves one fucking outstanding item (sorry).....

These particular sellers are now claiming that I've sent back a defect item - which is to say that they claim it is not the one they sent to me - and consequently they are refusing to refund me the money (about $200). The fucking lying bastard cunts (sorry)!

I really do apologise for the bad fucking language (fucking sorry).

I know where they live. Should I just go round and beat the fucking shit out of the fuckers? (fucking sorry)
