IMHO this is overhyped... Since everybody and their mothers and grandmothers already have computers and internet access, how many new surfers do you think will occur on Christmas?
This might have been true 2 or 3 or 4 years ago... but now everyone has a computer. And even if there are 1 million 'happy new surfers' as you put it how many of them will search for porn and how many of them are willing to pay for porn? And how many of them will end on your sites? And how many of them will actually subscribe for a porn site?
This might work for some of the big sponsors though, making thousands of subscriptions a day. If they increase their SU 10% its cool... But this 10% is distributed among all their webmasters. So basicly everyone gets 1 or 2 SUs... Let them be 10 signups...
I mean... 10 signups will make you rich? or 20? Hell, let them be 30 signups. Won't make a difference. Might pay the hosting though
