I need something good for an exit link (I always have one). Is there anything that sells on an exit link or is this wasted effort these days?

I may try listing some with you, I appreciate the advice. I try hard to make clean sites first and foremost, no rule breaking kinda stuff. I am always learning, so if I submit, give a learning guy a break a bit
But please elaborate a bit on what you like to see.
