This is the biggest difference between LLs and TGPs. Many of the better TGP scripts can be set to detect any changes to a page's code and delete/blacklist if there are any changes. A listing on a LL gives more longevity, and as long as you're still following the rules after making a change to the site almost no LLs will have a problem. That said, it's generally better to build more sites in a different way than to spend a lot of time revising old sites. In any case, just don't "start" breaking any rules with your changes and you're fine.
