What he said. When you are adding tons of FHGs it is a real pain in the ass to come up with hundreds of descriptions. So definately look for those whom have already written up real descriptions and have it set up so you can download the text file with URL and descrip. I don't use Fetish Hits galleries much though because I found some descriptions which were way off the mark and I just don't have the time to verify each and everyone. I treat FHGs just like a submitted gallery. If you call the babe a blonde and she's really a brunette, or you say they're fucking when they're only sucking, I hit delete.
As far as partner accounts go, I have heard of a lot of the new TGPs starting that way. I think that is tricky, but I have different feelings about such things. Though I have partner accounts at my bigger TGP (big in size, not traffic), I don't accept requests. After I have seen enough galleries with good descriptions from a submitter, I send them a partner pass code and tell them to start submitting on my partner page. I list partner's galleries up top with mine, both on my main page and category pages. For my site, I need to see more than the fact that they can take sponsor content and build a gallery. I want to make sure that they can be trusted to accurately describe them on a consistant basis. If you are building a thumb TGP and not text link, you don't have to worry about that. I doubt that I'll ever close off public submissions. That would take all of the fun out of the game.
Use your blacklist often.

I don't even consider mine a blacklist anymore. More of an additional filter really. I ban folks not only who have cheated or pissed me off, but also who have repeatedly submitted substandard galleries or they can't pen a description to save their miserable lives. (Have I mentioned that I take descriptions very seriously?) It is just easier to filter out submissions that you know you'll never accept.
