I use a warning page on all of my sites. It's called due diligence. Mine and my alcoholic attorney's exact feeling was to add the warning pages and ICRA tags on all sites, we figured it it would give us a better chance of not being that low hanging fruit if the Feds wanted to crackdown on adult sites.
