We've touched on this a couple times in the past - one big reason is that, like you said, us Link List owners don't have the big numbers that TGP's have & thus, we sorta overlooked
Another thing that I do hate is that some of the ones that do decide to do Hosted Free Sites have their current Hosted Gallery designer make them & they are not what Link Lists owners want to list.
