But let's see if I have understood :

That's wrong , because , those are their requested recips , taken from the Neighborhoodgirls.com text link organizer.My bad is that I use CSS and that is modifying the appearance of the recips.But the recips have no code changed and are not made by me!Are the requested recips.
In conclusion : should I give up to the use of CSS?

Should i give up to use of trade scripts?I have used only on three links on the site and those three have listed me...

What do you mean by "links".This includes the recips too?Or you are reffering to the three links from the menu?

It is a must to use mouseover.AS far as I know the link lists are not accepting mouse overs...

And about that gap , wasn't like that.It had two banners in there , but I have changed my mind after , and if not listed I have gived up of that site and never completed the gap.

Still the site has bee listed.But not on all the link lists listed in the recips.

Still , the question remains : how can raise my ban from Richard's Realm?
