Great advice; build it up over time.
I did a quick look and one site I picked on to check was built in April 2002 and still pops up in my stats from Cleo's site
It's also a free site with a top 3 for it's niche on Yahoo.
And thats not my oldest domain at all, but it's a long-term thingy.
