I have 1112 other lesbian sites listed and 1209 other teen sites listed. Building one or two sites for these niches is not going to bring you huge amounts of traffic with so many other sites for surfers to choose from.
It is a numbers game. The more you build the more long term traffic you will see from a LL. It is not like TGP traffic where you see a big spike and then nothing. LL traffic is long term traffic that you build up over time.
You may also want to try building for a niche that is not already so saturated.
