Nice site, but as that header earns you no $ and really is just window dressing... it's too big...
I would've thought that the header could be less than 160K? Did you reduce the nuber of colours used ? or try saving it as a GIF?
Post the full image(or PSD) if ya like.. we could probably make it smaller
