Maybe if you could send out over 10K per gallery those rules would be OK but anything less and you're just being anal.
You only have to read them ONCE - and I thought I ordered it rather well...

My partner page is now rather simple, not even a single graphic on there to slow down its loading: http://picxs.com/cgi-bin/agp/submit.cgi - and I have tried to make some things easier, like I added a character count to the description. I don't bother people with a 'passphrase' (most autosubmitters can handle them anyhow) and no confirmation code...

Anyhow - if you're such a lazy ass you don't have to bother
The sites are only back up for ~3 months, before that I had a long break which means overall traffic to my site(s) is low = not much to feed...
