Get rid of the "Highly Recommended Websites" table & the webmaster link - most link lists only allow 3 ads per page & that table puts you at 19.
Other than that, there's nothing else "wrong" with the site as far as Link List rules go - you can do some other stuff to the site (more ad text on the index for one)
Now, you build 6 sites that are pretty much exactly the same. Don't get in the habit of using the same template over & over. Fix this one up a bit & then start form scratch with another one
