Got same experience with Club-xstream several times. First time I had to wire them money from Europe. I ordered the content on a sunday (and they were actually at work) and next morning I scanned and mailed them bank confirmation from my bank. Few hours later I could download it. After that I just had to order and wire afterwards. Its awsome service.
