Unfortunately a simple server move from our previous host to Phatservers has been totally stuffed up by Phatservers and many of our sites are now 403ing

if you have already found that our sites have disappeared we would appreciate it if you would give us some clemency while Phatservers get their act together and reset the permissions.
It's only taken us several hours to convince them that the problem was at their end
